Vegan Tartelette Workshop

Join us for a fun afternoon learning the basics of vegan tartelettes!

You will learn how to:

-make a vegan tartelette dough

-roll them out, shape them and bake them

-make 2 different filings (a fruit crémeux and a chocolate ganache) 

-make some basic toppings 

-use different piping techniques to finish off your tartelletes 

Includes a drink and cakes from Petit, as well as your own tartelettes to bring home.
